  I recommend East End. Alex came the same day and just quietly and quickly found out the problem with my washer and explained I needed a new pump. He told me how much the pump would be and he had one with him. Done!

  They collected all the necessary details, scheduled an appointment, and then never showed up. There was no follow-up call or explanation. I even took a day off work to meet their technician. Complete waste of time.
