  Great service. On the first visit the technician (Francois) came to verify the issue. The part was ordered and the week later they replaced the screen in my house. Zero effort on my part.

  they can replace with brand new parts or with reconditioned parts, which could lead to a better quality price. Tech take time to explain, took him 5 minutes to fix my oven
