  Half the elevators in my building went down literally dozens of times per year. One tech was watching a YouTube video about how to fix an elevator. Can’t make this up, I’m not even joking.

  Worst elevator company. The button to go up is never working. Always out of service. Sometimes for over 4 days. The staff and technicians are slow to respond and resolve problems. (BC Fraser Valley)
